You’ll lead customer growth, loyalty and engagement strategies that increase visitation, retention, customer value and revenue across Gaming, Accommodation and Food & Beverage. Leading a marketing team, you’ll turn customer insights, behavioural data and market trends into personalised experiences and measurable commercial results.

Develop customer growth, loyalty and retention strategies aligned to revenue goals
Grow loyalty membership, engagement and retention
Lead lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation
Increase visitation, spend and lifetime value across Gaming, Accommodation and Food & Beverage
Deliver targeted campaigns and promotions with measurable ROI
Use customer data, segmentation and market trends to uncover growth prospects
Partner across Gaming, VIP, Loyalty, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment and Operations
Execute approved plans and campaigns
Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable team
Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements

More about you
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
Experienced in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle, customer or growth marketing
