The Star Brisbane invites applications for a Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge and Bell Services teams within our renowned luxury destination. You will ensure every guest arrival, stay and departure is seamless and memorable, delivering service at the highest standards.

Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, you will inspire a high-performing team of over 30, manage VIP experiences and events, and foster solid partnerships with internal stakeholders and premium service providers.
