Monash Health’s Adult Acute Social Work team at Dandenong Hospital is seeking a compassionate Grade 2 Social Worker for a full time fixed-term role until November 2027. You will provide high-quality psychosocial assessments, discharge planning and bedside support to patients and families during challenging times.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, advocate for patient-centred care, and connect people with community supports.
