CDC NSW is seeking an OCC Controller to monitor bus services in real-time from the Foundry Road depot. You will use PTIPS to track On-Time-Running, respond to incidents, and coordinate recovery actions to minimise delays.

You will work with a highly skilled team to manage driver communications via TRBOnet, liaise with mechanical staff on breakdowns, and support passengers during service disruptions. A calm, skilled approach and solid English communication are essential.
