We’re looking for a Front of House team member to join RÜH in the Illawarra. Someone who enjoys a valuable conversation, notices the customer waiting at the counter and knows when a teammate could use a hand.

The little things matter here. Remembering a name. Getting an order right. Keeping your cool through the morning rush. Making someone’s day a little better before they head back out into it.

Your day could look like:
Welcoming customers and getting to know our regulars
Taking orders and keeping counter service moving
Keeping the service area clean, stocked and ready
Working closely with the team, especially when things get busy





We’d love someone who:
Brings genuine warmth and takes pride in looking after people
Shows up reliably and follows through
Spots what needs doing without always being asked
Asks questions, learns quickly and wants to get better
