Lives Lived Well in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise the Bundaberg Residential Service, supporting people experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges toward meaningful recovery.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee intake, treatment planning and discharge, manage risk and compliance, and drive continuous service improvement in a protected, recovery-focused setting. This is a hands-on leadership role in a well-established not-for-profit setting.
