The Reject Shop Ltd. is seeking a hands-on store leader to run a busy retail floor with a team of 10 to 15 staff.

You’ll be responsible for daily store operations, stock, customer service and maintaining service standards, always working on the floor with your team. Ideal candidates have led retail teams in rapid-paced settings; no discount variety experience is required, as we will train you in our global operating model and business approach.
