Job Summary:

Magic Mountain, a popular travel and tourism destination in Merimbula, Recent South Wales, is currently seeking responsible and enthusiastic Casual Ride Attendants and Cafe staff to join our team for the upcoming summer season. As a Ride Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests on various rides and attractions at Magic Mountain.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work well in a team workplace

Responsibilities:
Operate rides and attractions according to safety guidelines and procedures
Assist guests with loading/unloading from rides
Ensure that all safety restraints are properly secured before each ride begins
Monitor guests during the ride to ensure their safety and enjoyment
Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly

Qualifications:




Minimum age requirement of 16 years old
No previous experience required; training will be provided
Availability for a minimum of 2–3 days per week
Versatile scheduling available, accommodating other jobs or personal commitments
Possibility of working up to 30+ hours per week in our busier months.

Additional Requirements (for staff aged 18+):
Valid First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
Valid Working with Children Check on successful employment.
