Required HOTEL or MOTEL MANAGER: (Salary $65000 to $80000) + Super Annually.

The right candidate should have experience and ability to provide high-level of executive and administrative support to the Director, and the team as required. This is a general scope of duties for the position and duties may vary. The position can include (but is not limited to) any of the responsibilities listed below.

Ensuring that all employees follow company policies and procedures, including safety procedures and sexual harassment laws.
Conducting interviews with potential employees to determine their qualifications for specific positions.
Maintaining quality control of the motel facility by inspecting rooms for cleanliness and comfort level.
Interviewing guests to determine if they will be suitable renters for the motel.
Managing staff, including hiring, firing, scheduling shifts, and training current employees.
Establishing and enforcing rules for customer conduct in motel facilities.
Training staff on how to handle issues related to customer complaints or problems.




Ensuring the safety of guests by making sure that security measures are in place to prevent theft or other crimes.
Overseeing the financial performance of the property by monitoring occupancy rates, revenue generation, and expenses.
The successful applicant must have:

Required relevant Qualification.
Must Have Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a HOTEL or MOTEL MANAGER.
Must have positive communication and technical skills.
