Johnny, Vince & Sam’s Ristorante in Carlton is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations on the floor, driving service standards and commercial performance. You will partner with senior management, kitchen leadership and the broader group to optimise guest experience and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in restaurant/venue management, a track record in busy settings, and robust skills in labour, budgets, COGS, forecasting and cost control.
