You will coordinate defined projects, develop practical implementation plans, and monitor progress against milestones, reporting to the Program Manager and ADR Division leadership.

You will lead stakeholder engagement across VCAT divisions and external partners, contributing to capability uplift and continuous improvement to strengthen ADR practice across the organisation.
