Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Western Community Mental Health program is seeking a Mental Health Nurse to provide comprehensive care and case management in the community. You will work with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and, at RN2 level, mentor less experienced staff and contribute to practice development.
