Job Description
Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Manage inventory control and distribution processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company objectives.
Monitor and improve performance metrics across logistics activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for seamless operations.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements.
Lead, train and support the logistics team to achieve performance goals.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Operations Manager should have:
Demonstrated experience in a hands-on import-export leadership role.
Solid knowledge of logistics practices, particularly in relation to customs bonded warehouses or depots.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and improve operational performance.
Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
