Qualification – A diploma level education in a highly relevant field is a must.

Experience Required - Must have minimum of1 years of relevant work experience.

Duties:
• Review project drawings, plans, and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
• Analyse project needs and estimate the total cost of materials, labour, equipment, and construction activities.
• Visit project sites to observe conditions,



gather measurements, and assess any factors that may affect pricing.
• Research suppliers and subcontractors to collect updated quotes and pricing information.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply arrangements to secure competitive deals and tenders for the project.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors to clarify design details and construction requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate cost plans, estimates, and budgets for client and internal review.
• Present costing information to clients and stakeholders and provide cost-saving recommendations where suitable.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, including pricing documentation and supporting cost information.
• Participate in tender negotiations and contribute to the settlement of final project costs.
