Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Co-ordinator to lead their manufacturing workshop in Kalgoorlie. This is a full time leadership position for a qualified and hands-on qualified with extensive boiler making (metal fabricator) experience.
About the role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing workshop, leading and mentoring workshop personnel while coordinating production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements, and monitor workshop productivity, equipment, and resources. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and management as required.
