Job Description:

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in optimising cash flow, reducing aged debt, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting accounting activities across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit Controllers across local and offshore operations.
Drive collections performance, ensuring overdue accounts are proactively managed and resolved within the team.
Monitor aged debt, debtor performance, dispute resolution, and cash allocation activities.
Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account issues and improve collection outcomes.
Review and analyse debtor reporting, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Support international accounts receivable activities and multinational customer portfolios.
Help to identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Act as a key escalation point for complex debtor matters and credit-related issues.

About you:
Proven track record across Credit Control function




Experience in a leadership/supervisor role where you have coached or managed a team
Background dealing with high volume debtor ledgers in large organisations
Confident using ERP systems and Excel
Robust communication skills and demonstrated ability dealing with stakeholders

End-to-end AR and Credit Control experience within large high volume organisations.
