Autism Association of WA (Inc) is seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer to ensure the organisation is resourced to deliver high-quality services. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, engage with candidates and internal stakeholders, and align hires with our values and required skills.
You will build and strengthen candidate pipelines, support workforce planning, supervise the Recruitment Officer, and drive strategic initiatives to attract diverse talent across our programs in Western Australia.
