Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premium, high-volume dining venue in Sydney.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a confident and engaging hospitality qualified who thrives in a dynamic service environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing team and ensuring the venue operates to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations,



ensuring consistently exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.

Recruit, mentor and develop a passionate front-of-house team, fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.

Oversee operational performance, including labour management, rostering, cost control and financial outcomes.

Work collaboratively with the culinary and beverage teams to maintain a cohesive and elevated dining experience.

Drive continuous improvement across service standards, guest engagement and operational efficiencies.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in premium, high-volume restaurant settings. You will bring a genuine passion for hospitality, strong commercial awareness and the ability to inspire teams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You will be equally comfortable leading from the floor during busy services and managing the broader operational requirements of a sophisticated restaurant business
