The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will be a key member of the team, creating a welcoming setting for our patients and supporting the team with high-quality administrative support at our Cremorne practice.

Key Responsibilities
General medical reception work
Customer service and patient care
Settling accounts

About you
Previous experience in a similar role (Radiology is preferred but not essential)
Excellent computer skills and proficiency




Provide excellent customer service skills and phone manner
High level attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
Be able to demonstrate a solid culture fit with the organisation and our Core Values

The hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
