Placed.au is looking for a full-time Process Engineer for our client in Woodville North, South Australia. This role is responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilisation.

Job Description:
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes to improve productivity, efficiency and
resource utilisation.
Analyse production workflows and process performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and non-value-added activities.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve process flow.
Develop and implement process, workflow and layout optimisation initiatives to improve space utilisation and operational performance.
Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement and supply chain teams to identify, prioritise and implement operational improvements.




Support the development and monitoring of KPIs to measure process performance and continuous improvement outcomes.
Contribute to process standardisation, root cause analysis and the implementation of sustainable operational improvements.

Qualifications/Attributes:
Must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and operational processes.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to analyse production workflows and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and prospects for improvement.
Experience in process, workflow and layout optimisation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, procurement and supply chain teams.
Ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Understanding of process standardisation, root cause analysis and sustainable operational improvements.
