Coastal Property Agents is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Sales Associate to join the Brandon Johnson team in Broadbeach.
This is a full time position that offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in commercial real estate sales.
You will be at the forefront of our commercial property transactions, working with clients to identify, market and sell premium commercial properties across the Gold Coast region.
This role is pivotal to our continued growth and success in the competitive commercial property market.Key responsibilitiesSource, identify and qualify potential commercial property opportunities for sale and present them to prospective clientsConduct market research and competitive analysis to determine appropriate pricing strategies and market positioning for propertiesPrepare and deliver compelling property presentations, marketing materials and proposals to potential buyers and investorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with commercial property buyers, sellers, investors and other key stakeholdersNegotiate sales terms, manage the transaction process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate with valuation specialists, legal teams and other departments to facilitate smooth property transactionsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and referrals to expand our commercial property client baseStay informed on commercial property market trends, economic indicators and regulatory changes affecting the industryAchieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance metricsWhat we're looking forProven experience in commercial property sales / commercial leasing or a related sales role within real estate, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving targetsExcellent communication,
