This is an opportunity to step into a client-facing role with real autonomy, working closely with business clients across a broad range of industries.You'll manage your own portfolio, provide advisory support, and play a key role in mentoring junior staff, with a clear pathway into management.What you'll be doingManaging a portfolio of business services clientsPreparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returnsProviding tax planning and business advisory servicesBuilding strong client relationshipsAssisting with workflow management and mentoring junior team membersBe the Face of the company and help grow the client base within the communityAbout you4+ years' experience in public practice (business services/tax)CA, IPA or CPA qualified (or near completion)Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlinesExperience reviewing work and mentoring staff (preferred)What we offerCompetitive salary + performance incentivesFlexible working arrangements (including 1-2 days WFH)Supportive team environment with strong technical backingExposure to advisory work (not just compliance)Why Mareeba?
