This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the business to ensure strong risk management, regulatory compliance, and a proactive risk culture.What you'll be doingAdhere and apply the organisation's Risk Management Framework (RMF) and control environment across Asset ManagementPartner with business leaders to strengthen risk practices and culture across Asset ManagementProvide risk and regulatory advice on strategic initiatives, projects, and business activitiesAssess regulatory developments and support the business to implement change effectivelyReview proposals and initiatives to ensure compliance obligations and risk considerations are appropriately addressedProvide clear, concise risk reporting and insights to business leadersWork collaboratively with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance,



and Internal AuditDrive continuous improvement in risk processes, frameworks, and methodologiesWhat we're looking forTertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience such as Accounting, Commerce, Banking or LawMinimum 5+ years experience in operational risk and compliance in the financial services sector.
Experience in wealth / funds management is preferredStrong understanding of the products and regulatory environment for managed investment schemes and wholesale funds; exposure to superannuation, wealth management and wrap platforms is beneficialAbility to influence and partner with senior stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; change management and project delivery experience in risk & compliance contextsSound understanding of regulatory obligations and risk and compliance frameworksSolid experience managing frameworks, policies and processes in complex, dynamic organisationsA proactive mindset with a passion for improving risk capability and cultureIf you enjoy working close to the business, influencing outcomes, and shaping how risk is managed, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
