Overseeing civil construction projects including bulk and detailed earthworks, mobile plant operations, drainage and environmental controlsThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, overseeing machine productivity, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.What's on Offer:2/1 roster | 12-hour shiftsRate of $80-$95 per hour + super, depending on experienceCamp accommodation and meals providedLong-term chance with a respected WA-owned contractorExciting opportunities available across both FIFO and DIDO projectsKey Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, crews and subcontractorsOversee bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage and associated civil worksCoordinate plant,



labour and resources to meet project requirementsMonitor machine utilisation and productivitySchedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resourcesEnsure works are completed safely, efficiently and to project specificationsLiaise with clients, project teams, subcontractors and safety personnelIdentify and resolve site issues, hazards and operational risksMonitor progress and provide regular updates to project managementPromote a strong safety culture across siteAbout You:5+ years' experience as an Earthworks Site Supervisor or similar within civil constructionStrong leadership skills with experience coordinating site crewsSound knowledge of civil earthworks, mobile plant operations and site requirementsConfident communicating with clients, contractors and project teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsConstruction Management, Civil Engineering or related qualifications are highly regardedMandatory Requirements:5+ years' experience in an Earthworks Site Supervisor or similar civil construction roleMust pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screenMust have full working rights in AustraliaConstruction White CardJRM Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
