Responsibilities include project preparation and delivery, supervision of operators and project resources, client liaison, safety and quality, tender support, procurement, reporting and plant coordination.You will get our attention if you have:Around 10 years road and civil construction experienceStrong knowledge of road reconstruction machineryExperience supervising operators and project crewsStrong planning and organisational skillsConfidence dealing with clients, crews and managementGood computer skills: Word, Excel and ProjectCert IV in Civil Construction Supervision highly regardedWe want someone who leads from the front, makes decisions and helps get projects across the line.Townsville based.
