We're partnering with a highly regarded public practice accounting firm that's looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join its growing team.If you enjoy building strong client relationships but are tired of doing everything yourself, this is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you'll focus on high-value client work while being backed by an experienced offshore support team and a collaborative group of accountants.This firm genuinely values work-life balance, offers up-to-date systems and processes, and provides ongoing opportunities for professional development.The Opportunity You'll manage your own portfolio of bookkeeping clients across a diverse range of industries while working closely with both the accounting team and offshore support staff.Your responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clientsProcessing payroll and ensuring compliance with BAS, IAS, STP, Payroll Tax, TPAR and WorkCover obligationsPreparing reconciliations, management reports and financial informationManaging client onboarding, file reviews and clean-upsBuilding trusted relationships with clients and providing exceptional serviceReviewing work completed by the offshore team to ensure accuracy and qualityIdentifying process improvements and helping clients streamline their bookkeeping functionsAbout You To be successful,
