You will apply modern technologies, including integrations, automation, basic scripting and generative AI, across a diversified financial services business.As the Group continues to grow, you will help align systems, processes and technology to reduce complexity and create a more consistent experience for clients and employees.About the RoleKey responsibilities will include:Working with SMEs to identify, develop and implement AI and automation solutions that enhance productivity, client outcomes and internal workflowsCollaborating with stakeholders to assess use cases and support the design and implementation of approved opportunitiesTranslating business requirements into practical, scalable and maintainable digital solutionsAssisting with the design, configuration and development of digital solutions, automations and integrationsSupporting deployment, testing and controlled releases across development, test and production environmentsMonitoring, maintaining and supporting proprietary applications and implemented solutionsDeveloping process documentation, guides and maps to support adoption and consistencyContributing to the Groups digital transformation strategy and roadmapWorking with external vendors, developers and technology partners to configure, test, troubleshoot and improve solutionsEnsuring solutions meet internal policies, regulatory requirements, privacy principles, data integrity and cyber security standardsPromoting the responsible,



compliant and ethical use of AI technologies across the GroupAbout YouYou are a solutions-focused technology skilled who combines practical technical capability with strong business and stakeholder skills.
You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously.To be successful in this role, you will have:Practical understanding of APIs, webhooks and how systems exchange data, including REST and JSONExperience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and the broader Power Platform ecosystemFamiliarity with integration and automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make or similar iPaaS platformsDemonstrated experience working with SMEs to develop technology-based solutions that drive sustained efficiencyStrong process and systems thinking, with the ability to implement new processes across a diverse workforceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise competing initiativesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyExperience in the following areas will be highly regarded:Financial advice, superannuation or wealth management platformsUsing AI tools to enhance product capability, automation or business processesPower BI reporting and data visualisationAzure DevOps or similar project and pipeline management toolsData governance, privacy principles and regulatory requirements in financial servicesWorking with vendor technical teams to configure, test or troubleshoot platform integrationsWhy Join Us?
