Senior Family Lawyer, Sunshine Coast QLDWe are seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our established and growing legal practice, Chomley Family Law, based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
This is a full-time position for a lawyer with experience in family law.What you'll be doingProvide expert legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and domestic violence mattersPrepare and file all necessary court documents and pleadingsNegotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedingsManage a varied caseload and ensure timely and effective client communicationMentor and guide junior lawyers and paralegals within the family law teamContribute to the development and implementation of the firm's family law strategyWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years of post-admission experience in family lawDemonstrated expertise in all areas of family law, including complex property settlements and child custody mattersExcellent communication and negotiation skills,
