functional and technical documentationAct as a conduit between stakeholder groups to support effective communicationIdentify and recommend business process improvementsContribute to organisational change and adoption activitiesSupport Agile delivery practices and project outcomesAssist with solution definition and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you need to bringMinimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar process-focused roleDemonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirementsStrong business process analysis and process mapping capabilitiesExperience developing user stories and acceptance criteriaProven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to rapidly understand and analyse complex business problemsExperience producing business, functional and technical documentationStrong requirements management and traceability experienceExperience supporting business process improvement initiativesExposure to organisational change activitiesExperience working within Agile delivery environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience supporting SaaS or enterprise platform implementationsBonus points forExperience working on procurement or source-to-pay platformsExposure to government or public sector environmentsExperience supporting large-scale digital transformation programsKnowledge of procurement business processes and operationsExperience delivering outcomes within complex stakeholder environmentsAt Clicks we embrace diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity.
