Van Dough is looking for a hands-on marketing person to help shape the next stage of the brand.
You will take ownership of marketing across the business and work closely with the owner to build the marketing function, create direction, develop the team and drive the brand forward.
This is not a role where you simply follow an existing marketing calendar.Key responsibilitiesCreate engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platformsPlan and manage the social media calendarShoot, edit and coordinate photos, reels, short-form video and campaign contentTell the Van Dough story in a way that feels authentic and builds a strong community around the brandDevelop marketing campaigns for products, stores, wholesale, events and new launchesWork closely with the owner to turn ideas into campaigns and contentHelp define the overall brand and marketing direction for the next few yearsIdentify opportunities to grow awareness, engagement and customer loyaltyTrack campaign and social performance and learn what actually worksSupport recent store, product and brand launchesAbout youGenuinely love food,
