An established Darwin-based organisation is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, reporting and workforce support.
Your new role
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work closely with leaders across the business to ensure people processes run smoothly while helping drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture.This opportunity would suit someone with experience in HR, people and culture, administration or workforce coordination who enjoys building relationships, improving processes and making a genuine impact on employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities
Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting
Support engagement, recognition and workplace culture initiatives
Coordinate training,



compliance and workforce administration
Assist leaders with people-related processes and employee life cycle activities
Support the delivery of a safe, inclusive and positive workplace experience
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in HR, People & Culture, administration or a related role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency across Microsoft 365 and business systems
A proactive mindset with a passion for supporting people and culture initiatives
