You will lead literacy across Years 5–12 and shape a College-wide culture where reading is valued for learning, enjoyment and personal growth.You will coordinate the Augustine Resource Centre, embed evidence-informed literacy instruction, build staff capability and monitor impact through data-driven decisions.
