We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and help deliver engaging marketing initiatives across the business, with a predominant focus on corporate brand and investor communications.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and loves seeing an idea go from concept to delivery.
You'll work across corporate and investment marketing, digital campaigns, content, social media, events and brand, collaborating with stakeholders across Haben as well as external agencies and suppliers

What you'll be doing
Working closely with our General Manager, Marketing, you'll:
Develop B2B presentations, marketing collateral, fact sheets and other branded materials
Plan, coordinate and deliver corporate marketing campaigns and projects
Create and coordinate engaging content across digital, social and corporate channels
Coordinate events, sponsorships and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Work with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects moving and deliver great outcomes
Manage campaign timelines, approvals and marketing assets
Help maintain and evolve our brand across different channels
Create marketing reports and performance updates.
About you
You'll be someone who can balance creativity with strong organisation and attention to detail.
You're comfortable juggling different priorities,



building relationships and taking ownership of getting things done.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in marketing, communications or a similar role in a predominantly B2B environment
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An understanding of digital marketing and social media
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Expert capability using platforms including but not limited to, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, HubSpot and Canva to design B2B collateral
An eye for detail and a genuine interest in creating high-quality work.
