This is a 12 months fixed term contract.
Core responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate utility bills (water, electricity, gas, etc.) in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer account records.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
Liaise with meter readers and field teams for accurate data reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant billing policies and regulations.
What will you bring to the role?
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Experience in a billing/admin/account's role (1+ years preferred).




Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and billing software systems.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
