THE POSITION
Assist with the preparation and presentation of food for corporate catering menus
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries and supplies




Adhere to food safety and WHS standards in line with company protocols
Support the Unit Manager with daily on-site operations
Deliver excellent customer service and actively engage with clients
THE PERSON
Strong experience in catering assistance roles - major part of the position
Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with strong organisational skills
Strong eye for finishing presentation, styling, pattering
Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
Food & Beverage and barista/coffee-making knowledge are highly desirable
You hold a current
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
certificate
