This full time, 12-month maximum term role supports bakery network and corporate teams with first and second level IT assistance, ensuring calm, clear communication and reliable issue resolution.You'll deliver efficient support by phone and email, maintain knowledge base articles, and participate in a rotating roster with after-hours on-call shifts.
