Finance & Business Analyst role within State GovernmentAccounts Officer - Banking & Reconciliations3-6 Month Contract Nedlands Location Flexible Start & Finish TimesAn opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Officer to join a large and well-regarded organisation based in Nedlands on an initial 3-6 month contract.
Working within a collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing and reconciliation of banking transactions while supporting a range of corporate finance functions.This role would suit a finance professional who enjoys working in a high-volume environment, has strong reconciliation experience, and is confident building relationships with stakeholders across the wider business.Your Current RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:Completion of daily bank reconciliations and transaction matchingLiaising with Accounts Receivable and various business units to resolve reconciliation discrepanciesProcessing daily bank transaction journals and associated month-end journalsPerforming Oracle General Ledger reconciliations for bank-related transactionsWorking closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams,
