As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee day-to-day operations.Your new role As the Venue Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the venue's daily operations, balancing service with team leadership, rostering, budgets and commercial results.
You will work closely with the Director & Head Chef to achieve goals and deliver an outstanding experience for guests.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing restaurant, bar and function operations, including opening and closing venuePreparing and managing rosters to meet operational requirementsMonitor budgets, control costs and identify opportunities for improvementPeople management for all restaurant staff, including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, performance management, training & development.Address any FOH issues and resolve them efficientlyCoordinating corporate functions,
