Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping activities Ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet required standards Conducting room and public-area inspections Training, supporting and mentoring housekeeping staff Coordinating daily schedules and workloads Monitoring cleaning supplies and equipment Responding to guest requests and concerns professionally Maintaining accurate housekeeping records Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed Supporting improvements to housekeeping procedures and processes Working closely with management and the wider hotel team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORYou'll need: Minimum 6 months' housekeeping supervisory experience Previous supervisory experience is preferred Robust attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Good organisation and time management Professional and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and public holidaysWHO SHOULD APPLY?
