In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, Ventia is currently seeking an experienced Guest Services Agent to support on-base accommodation services for Defence personnel at RAAF Tindal in Katherine, NT.What's On OfferFull-time permanent role within a long-term Defence contractAttractive remuneration packageUniform/PPE suppliedAccess to a variety of health and wellbeing initiatives, including discounted health insurance and our employee assistance programAccess to Ventia's: amazing discounts at over 450 retailers across Australia, including major retail brandsAbout The RoleAs a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for guests, delivering a friendly and professional experience from arrival to departure while responding to enquiries, managing bookings, check-ins/outs, maintaining records, coordinating inspections, and delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accommodation standards are met.Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)Lead the charge in room booking and allocation for personnel posted or transiting through the baseTrack and manage keys like a vault master (arrival, departure, and protected storage)Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and respond to service requestsKeep records sharp: occupancy stats, rank-room reports, logbooks, inventory and condition checksLiaise with leadership to align accommodation with rank and availabilityPerform quality room inspections to ensure everything is functional and welcomingWelcome deliveries,



manage IT programs related to bookings, and assist visitors and tradesAbout You1+ years' experience in hospitality or accommodationA diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageousProficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsRespectful and inclusive approach to working with diverse communitiesMust be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
