You will be expected to maintain a high standard of knife handling, hygiene, safety and animal welfare while contributing to the effective operation of the production floor.What You'll Be DoingPerform Halal slaughter duties in accordance with approved Halal requirements and proceduresFollow all animal welfare requirements and approved operating proceduresMaintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and workplace cleanlinessSafely handle,
