We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic, the right abilities,



and a positive attitude to succeed and grow within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain rail grinding machines and equipment.Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.Follow all safety protocols and company values.Complete tasks as per instructions to a high standard of quality.RequirementsFlexible, team-oriented, and committed to the company's values.Ability to meet production goals safely and efficiently.Physically fit and able to meet Category 1 Rail medical requirements (including full colour vision).100% commitment to safety.Desirable (but not essential)HR licence.First Aid certification.Why Join Us?
