We're looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded designer to help bring our brands to life across every touchpoint.About the RoleAs a Midweight Graphic Designer, you'll support the Marketing Manager in delivering marketing activity across all of our venues.
You'll lead design projects from concept through to final delivery, spanning campaigns, product launches, packaging, social content, print and in-venue collateral, while keeping each brand's unique visual identity intact.This is a hands-on, high-output role suited to someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities across fast-moving hospitality brands.What You'll DoLead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistent, on-brand executionDevelop creative concepts for campaigns, venue launches, product launches and seasonal momentsCreate high-quality artwork across print, digital, packaging, merchandise,



signage and menusDevelop social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platformsPrepare production-ready artwork to printer, supplier and platform specificationsLiaise with printers, signage and packaging suppliers, and other production partnersAssist with basic video editing and motion content for social-first applicationsProvide creative guidance across the team, supporting quality and consistencyCollaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers and venue teamsManage multiple projects simultaneously across brands and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For4 years+ of qualified graphic design experience (in-house, agency, hospitality, retail, FMCG or lifestyle)Experience in Marketing roles a plusAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchySolid print production knowledge and ability to prepare production-ready artworkExperience designing for digital and social platformsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyStrong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
