The role requires life science education and 2+ years in medical information or pharmacovigilance, plus call-centre experience.Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, adverse event reporting, and contributing to PV inspections readiness.
Fluency in English is essential, with Mandarin/Cantonese/Thai/Korean an advantage.
