Working with established procedures and technical frameworks, you will be responsible for delivering quality field outcomes, maintaining service continuity and providing a positive customer experience.Your key responsibilitiesComplete skilled telecommunications installation, maintenance and repair activitiesDiagnose and rectify basic to intermediate equipment and network faultsAssist with testing and commissioning telecommunications network equipmentComplete equipment and software upgradesProvide technical advice and resolve customer premises equipment faultsApply technical judgement when completing assigned field workContribute to project briefs for larger telecommunications activitiesEnsure all work meets required quality,
