This role covers deployment, IMAC activity, and Microsoft Surface repairs with strict SLA adherence.You will manage parts stock, maintain the asset register, and act as a reliable onsite contact while supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and standard corporate apps.
A field/desk-oriented, customer-focused mindset is essential.
