You will work across our used caravan and used vehicle range, identifying customer needs, presenting suitable options, negotiating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSell Of New and used caravans and vehicles to achieve individual and team sales targetsRespond to customer enquiries via phone, online and in personBuild robust relationships with customers and understand their requirementsConduct vehicle presentations and demonstrationsNegotiate and close salesFollow up leads and maintain an active sales pipelineMaintain accurate customer and sales recordsWork closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth sales and handover processProvide a professional and positive customer experience at every stage
