Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with study set up and maintenanceSimple study set up and on-going maintenanceAct as primary point of contact at Sonic Clinical Trials for assigned studiesLiaises with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing support throughout study setup and maintenance.About YouTertiary Education in Biomedical Science or Science or related field preferred (or a minimum of 8 years' experience in a central laboratory setting)Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a customer support role within the health, pathology, pharmaceutical or clinical trials industryUnderstanding of the clinical trials industry and central laboratoryExcellent oral and written communication skillsAptitude for problem solving and troubleshootingTime management and organisational skillsStrong Microsoft applications skillsCommitment to high quality work and customer serviceSelf-motivated, with a high attention to detail, ability to be flexible, and a willingness to display initiativeInterest in laboratory science and diagnostic pathologyBackground checks, including a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, will be required prior to commencement.
