Shiels Group is seeking a commercially minded Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media performance across four established Australian retail brands: Shiels, Grahams, Watch Depot and Ice Jewellery.This is a hands-on role for an experienced practitioner — not an entry-level position.
You'll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation and reporting across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels, working closely with our Ecommerce, Content, CRM and Buying teams.Key responsibilities:Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, Advantage+ Shopping and catalogue/DPAOversee Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube activityMonitor performance against revenue, MER, ROAS, CAC and acquisition targetsManage budgets, pacing and forecasting across multiple brandsDevelop structured testing plans across creative, audience,
