$85,000 + SuperPermanent or 12-Month ContractEagle Farm | Free Parking | 1 Day WFHWe are currently recruiting two Kronos Support Officers to join the Payroll Operations team of a large, well-established organisation based in Eagle Farm.There is one permanent full time role and one 12-month contract opportunity, both with an October start.This role is ideal for someone with experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance or Kronos / UKG support who enjoys helping managers and employees resolve day-to-day timekeeping issues.Importantly, this is not a technical Kronos configuration role.You will be supporting the business with timecards, exceptions, Time & Attendance queries and general Kronos assistance, while helping ensure payroll information is accurate and processed on time.What You'll Be DoingAssisting managers and employees with timecards and exceptionsTroubleshooting day-to-day Time & Attendance issuesResponding to support tickets,



emails and phone enquiriesProviding one-on-one support and training to Kronos usersReviewing timecards and identifying errors or discrepanciesSupporting fortnightly Time & Attendance payroll processesRunning and reviewing Time & Attendance reportsHelping managers with rostering and other Kronos end-user functionsWorking closely with Payroll, HR and other internal teamsWhat We're Looking ForYou will ideally have:Experience in Time & Attendance, Payroll or Workforce ManagementPrevious exposure to Kronos / UKG or a similar Time & Attendance systemExperience supporting managers and employees with system or payroll-related queriesA good understanding of timecards, exceptions and payroll deadlinesStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to manage competing prioritiesA confident, patient and helpful approach when supporting usersExperience in a medium-to-large organisation will be highly regarded.Knowledge of payroll legislation, industrial awards or enterprise agreements would also be beneficial.What's On Offer$85,000 + superPermanent and 12-month contract opportunities1 day working from home each weekFree onsite parkingFlexible start and finish timesSupportive Payroll Operations teamOctober commencementIf you have experience across Kronos, UKG, Payroll or Time & Attendance and enjoy supporting people and solving day-to-day system issues, we would love to hear from you.
